Your privacy matters to us

EmployESBC collects personal information from Jobseekers and Employers such as names, telephone numbers, addresses, résumés and emails. We share this information with employers for the purposes of matching job seeking candidates with employers who are looking for employees to fill available jobs. We also use personal information to contact individuals for programme evaluation and feedback so that we might improve service delivery for our jobseekers and employers.

We take your privacy seriously and use your information responsibly and only for the purposes communicated above.

We will keep your information as long as you are registered with EmployESBC as a jobseeker or employee. When you are no longer registered, your information will be permanently deleted.

Should a security breach involving your personal information occur, you will be contacted immediately and will work with you proactively to limit any harm that occur as a result of the breach.

If you would like to opt-out of any uses of your personal Information, obtain access, request correction or deletion, make a complaint, or generally have any questions or concerns about our Privacy Commitment, you may contact the EmployESBC Privacy Officer at the address provided below.
