Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

  • Communicate with the business to ensure all Site change activities are planned and critical areas of the business are aware of planned changes.
  • Coordinate activities related to store system changes; store number, profit center, cost centers, company codes, posting period variants, fiscal calendars and department changes for all banners across English Canada
  • Prepare site set-up requests and submit to National Data Integrity for creation of sites in SAP
  • Prepare and submit requests for set-up of electronic Banking for new franchise sites
  • Complete site change administrative changes in the central data repository (CDR)
  • Complete Retail Accounting Web (RAW) admin set-up for new accounting stores and communicate usernames and passwords to Retail Accountant.
  • Update the RCS variants in SAP ZPDAR and ZRCSGLEXT with the new sites
  • Work with the Business Development team to ensure steps in store set-up are complete for Franchise store changes.
  • Create and maintain site set up checklist for pending store changes.
  • Communicate All Site changes to the affected areas of the business along with complete checklist of tasks to be completed prior to site open of close. monitor and confirm that all tasks on set up checklist have been completed
  • Ensure job variants for customer statements and inter-company loan statements are updated with all store changes
  • Ensure BMR is updated, complete maintenance request
  • Ensure variants are updated RCS_Accruals and AR_REPCLEAR
  • Ensure Sales variants are updated : PRD_SD_SS_WEEKSALES_1RNW
  • Confirmation that the new stores are added to the POS Inbound for ACS store as they turned on in the MBS for the SAP POS Inbound Processing

What you have to offer:

  • Undergraduate Degree or a DEC with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attentive to detail
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills  (both oral and written)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite with Excel skills at an intermediate level
  • Ability to work successfully to defined deadlines
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong customer service orientation
