We are looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead to join our dynamic team on a 12-month contract basis. As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Salesforce implementation projects. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and guide the product team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

  • Lead the teams in designing and implementing solutions that achieve specific project goals while adhering to strategic enterprise architecture and IT Guiding Principles.
  • Review and provide guidance for system development lifecycle documents, specifically input into the Blueprint, High level technical design and review of detailed designs.
  • Leverage and assist with the evolution of enterprise architecture strategic goals and work products.
  • Evaluate and provide input into discovery initiatives, business proposals and charters for new projects.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, techniques, and processes to enhance software development and quality.
  • Assist in validating in Blueprint and High-Level Functional Design.
  • Analyze current technical solution to meet the business process.
  • Assist in the remediation of stability and performance of existing applications and systems.
  • Analyze technical changes required to meet business goals.
  • Assist in management of change (e.g., distribute tasks to be performed, monitor resources and task execution).
  • Determine business and technical requirements for the solution (all or partial).
  • Supports the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

What you have to offer:

  • Salesforce Certifications reflecting high competence in Salesforce platforms.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in solutioning, development, or deployment in Salesforce Service Cloud and/or B2B Commerce Cloud environments.
  • Design, implement, and maintain integrations with external systems using REST APls and middleware. Working knowledge of Azure, MuleSoft, API, and Gateway, is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to align technical solutions to business goals
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and coordinate with others in a matrix organization
  • Proven ability to construct, and deploy solutions in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong technical skill in system integration
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a variety of complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong relationship building and management skills to achieve work related goals
  • Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Optimize and enhance the performance, security, and scalability of our Salesforce platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce development and configuration. Perform code reviews, testing, and deployment using best practices and tools. Provide technical mentorship and coaching to junior engineers.
  • Agile software development approaches & tools, such as scrum, JIRA and keep the team on track for success.

The salary range for this position in [British Columbia] is [$73,334K - $101,000K per year]. We will consider factors such as your working location, work experience and skills as well as internal equity, and market conditions to ensure that you are paid fairly and competitively.
